There are many schools that do not implement the workshop model. These schools are exempt because they are not considered low-performing schools

When a principal or an AP barges into a classroom and begins to talk with students in the class without first informing the teacher with regards to the reason for coming into the room,  it shows disrespect for the teacher. If a supervisor wants to maintain proper discipline in the school, then she/he should show respect for teachers at all times.
